Today is the LAST DAY of our in house electronics and appliances recycling event! If you miss out on the event, don’t fret! We accept all of the items that we have been accepting during this event every day that we are operating. Just come to the shop and drop them off!
Today is International Cat Day! Not only are the people of Recycle That Stuff passionate about recycling, but their cats are too! All of the cats in this video belong to our staff.
Yesterday our marketing team went down to Menasha to help out with the volunteer efforts. We got to go around and canvas house to house and check in on people. We ended up going out on two assignments! Alyssa even volunteered to be the team leader both times.
Thank you to everyone on our teams yesterday and everyone that has gone out to volunteer in general! Every little bit helps and even the smallest actions are noticed. It has been absolutely wonderful seeing the community come together so far!
Our entire team will be continuing our efforts to help out in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on our Facebook account so that you can see what’s happening.

Along with our food drive, Recycle That Stuff will be partnering with the City of Menasha Public Works to donate 15 and 20 yard dumpsters towards disaster relief efforts. Current details of dumpster locations are not yet finalized, we will post an update as as soon as we can.
Please feel free to contact us for more information about the City of Menasha dumpsters or if you are interested in getting your own personal dumpster. We stand with Menasha and the surrounding areas during this difficult time. We understand that cleanup after these events can take a while. We are also always available for your scrap metal and electronic recycling needs!
In the aftermath of yesterday’s tornado, we stand with and support everyone in Appleton, Menasha, and the surrounding areas that have been affected.
We were extremely lucky to get through the storm with only minor damage to our building. Thankfully, everyone here made it out safely. We ARE still open for all of your scrap metal and electronics recycling needs.
We will be collecting non-perishable goods and full cases of bottled water through the end of next week (8/7/2026). These will be donated locally to help those in need.
Today is World Nature Conservation Day! 🌎💚
One of the best ways to practice conservation in your everyday life is by recycling! If you’ve been waiting to recycle that old toaster or printer or whatever it may be, today is a great day to do it!
Many small actions can add up to have a huge impact. We should always look towards working and living with nature rather than against it. Today is a special day dedicated to conservation, but here at Recycle That Stuff we believe that our Earth is worth celebrating every day!
Finally, we would love to give a shoutout to the Heckrodt Wetland Reserve for allowing us to film here. They have an absolutely wonderful trail system and their conservation efforts are incredibly admirable. Another great way to celebrate nature is just to go outside and experience it.
