Don't be fooled by the ballot language. This amendment is being sold as an anti-discrimination measure — but discrimination is already illegal under Wisconsin and federal law. What this amendment actually does is eliminate the tools our state uses to address real, long-standing inequities.

This November, Wisconsinites will vote on a constitutional amendment that would roll back equity protections in public education, employment, contracting, and government programs across our state.
Vote No!
