The Hope Center - Appleton

One of our favorite things to give out to new clients: Bibles! And with 27 new clients this past month, we gave out a lot of them. That’s why it was especially timely today that a generous donor brought in dozens of new children’s Bibles to restock our supply.

We’re ready to serve even more people in October with practical help and eternal hope!

We absolutely loved our time at St. Paul Lutheran Ministries: Church - School - Childcare in downtown Appleton yesterday! We were able to join them for worship, Bible study, and talking about The Hope Center.

But we’re not done yet! We’ll be back this evening for their 6pm service. If you’re looking for a place to worship, we’d love to have you come join us tonight!

We have to talk about yesterday.

Being reminded of how amazing grace is, hearing kids sing about the love of God, getting to talk about The Hope Center, and seeing a handful of our wonderful volunteers made for a great start to the week.

A huge thank you goes out to Riverview Lutheran Church & School for their support and partnership in our ministry!

Every other month (including the month of September!) we provide laundry detergent as part of what we offer to our clients.

How many bottles of laundry detergent do you think we have given out so far this year?

What a wonderful Sunday morning filled with worship and sharing updates about The Hope Center at one of our ministry partners - Bethlehem Lutheran Ministries.

We remember and honor those that tragically lost their lives on this day 25 years ago. We pray for the brokenhearted still mourning the loss of a mother, father, child, or friend. We will not forget the courage displayed by those that ran toward the sound of chaos nor the resilience of a nation that chose to stand together in the aftermath.

And we stop to thank God for giving us eternal hope through Jesus, even in the midst of unimaginable darkness. He will never leave us or forsake us.

Routines are starting back up. Ministries are kicking off. Now is the perfect time to find the church home where you belong.

If you're looking for a church, go to thehopecenterappleton.org/churches for locations and more information.

Raise your hand if you don't care to wait in long lines! 🙋‍♀️🙋

If that's the case and you're a client of ours, Friday is the best day to come in and pick up your monthly order! Come see us tomorrow for your cleaning supplies.
