Gold Standard is a Wisconsin string band in love with jamming Americana and bluegrass music, bringing those styles and the high lonesome sound to original tunes. Ian Moore & Gold Standard is a local bluegrass group made up of Ian Moore (Trouvaille, The Strip Club Band) Loren Dempster (TSCBand, Lawrence Music Faculty) Ty Westbrook (Salty Dogs, Kidd Gloves, Big picture) and Ben Groovin' (Disconapse, shrimpvision, Appletones) Their good time vibe and up tempo jams make Gold Standard a great night out for dining and dancing the Midwestern summer evenings away. Songwriting is heartfelt and often humorous and you'll be singing along and tapping your feet!
