A rich and flavorful coconut milk-based sauce with massaman curry paste, squash, sweet potatoes, onions, cranberries, and cashew. Choice of protein.
⭐️Chicken Pho
A comforting Vietnamese chicken noodle soup with a light chicken broth, tender shredded chicken, and rice noodles. Served with a side of bean sprouts, basil,
jalapeno, and lime.

Bowl91 named in honor of Yee Lee’s family who arrived in this country in 1991 as refugees. Bowl 91 is more than a restaurant—it’s a testament to resilience, ambition, and the transformative power of food.
