Join me in welcoming this dynamic duo to the ROAR fam! 👏🏻
Maggie and Marilyn have been an absolute JOY to have in the gym! Fun fact, these sisters are competive swimmers 🏊♀️ so lots of strength and shoulder stability work happening!
Can’t wait to see what goals they crush in the gym and the pool!
Everyone should start their deadlifts like Rachel! 💪🏼 So impressed by this woman’s strength and form!
Working on new exercises with Sam! He’s crushing his Russian twists! 💪🏼
Using always makes it more fun! His laugh says it all!
