October is my favorite month the do The Whole30!!! Join me?!? I just feel like I am in need of a reset

Yes! I caved! 30 Minute Chair Massages are back on the service menu, BUT listed as WAITLIST ONLY because I can only offer them when I have an odd gap in the schedule!!!

⏳After 9/26/26, the 60 Minute Hot Stone Relaxation Massage will be phased out and removed from the service menu. There is still plenty of availability. Please use any gift cards for this particular service NOW to book an appointment sometime before the end of November! THANK YOU!

👀The deadline of 11/13 is less than 2 months away! For over a decade, I have had loyal monthly clients!!! THANK YOU!!! 🙏 I am able to add 6-8 more monthly clients since renewing my lease through 2029 and adding more hours to my schedule! 🎉First come, first served - NOW is the time to commit. Otherwise, there are Packages of 6 Massages available for those that only want to commit to one appointment every 8 weeks or to use as needed. This would be a perfect option for a gift this upcoming holiday season! 🎁 Please reach out if you need a Package of 6 in gift certificate form. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Friends/Family/Clients - Remember Accountability Club?!? Should we start it back up again?!? This time with meetups at the gym 👀 Achieve different goals with an awesome support group…🤷🏻‍♀️
