As we wrap up National Su***de Prevention Month, we would like to remind you that you are not alone!
If you feel like you or someone you love is struggling, don't stay silent: speak up and seek out help from those in your circle. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone close to you, reach out to one of the many mental health resources for those struggling. ETLLC Newsletter - Back to Balance: Tools for Overwhelm Vol. 11 | Is. 9 | September 2026

This month's newsletter is all about managing and coping with overwhelm as fall approaches and schedules become busier.

Check out our 6 week groups beginning in October!

Dynamic Drumming:
a 6-session music and movement group ages 16+ beginning October 13th. This group address social skills, emotional regulation and expression, leadership skills, self-esteem, motor skills, teamwork, and creativity. This group will meet on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Self-Care for Caregivers:
a 6-session therapy group for caregivers/guardians of children designed to assist in the navigation of continued care for an individual with a disability. Participants will explore and practice self-care strategies, engage in emotional processing related to caregiving, and give/receive peer support within a therapeutic setting. This group will meet on Mondays from 10-11 AM, beginning October 19th
