If you are a competitor, you will need to order a Team Track Suit if you do not have one already. You will be required to have one for State. If you need any assistance, please come speak with Mrs. D and we can get you squared away, no worries! We looked pretty solid at Nla Boxing - King of the Jungle Nationals in Grand Rapids, let's keep making that impression inside and outside of the ring! šš¦š„

Have you ever wondered how your child would do in a stressful situation?

Feeling great! I had another new Adult Beginner Boxer tell me he has lost 15lbs in the last 30 days!!! Thatās 15lbs in only 1 month!!!
The gym canāt take all the credit, it has to do with his own decisions he is making outside the gym. Cutting carbs down or out, cutting off the sodas, energy drinks and sugars. Eating when you donāt need to, simply because youāre bored!
Iāve had so many of my adult boxers tell me how boxing has changed them for the better, Iām feeling blessed that I got to play a small part in changing their lives for the better!
This is why I do it, some may think oh itās for the money due to false rumors and straight up liesā¦ letās be real, our gym costs money, but we know your name, we know what you are aiming for when you come to the gym. We are not here just to teach you how to punch, we are training you to a whole new lifestyle!
You get results, you get what you pay for! š¦š„
