Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra

Our Youth Orchestras had an amazing day at Lawrence University with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra! (And still found time for rehearsal and pizza!)

We want to thank Frank & Oliver Anderson for the incredible animation to accompany Alex Drossart's "Rosabelle Believe" at our opening night concert. What an amazing tribute to Houdini and a fabulous way for us to open our season. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/2dSPCqZ0r54

We want to thank Alex Drossart for the amazing piece "Rosabelle Believe" which was commissioned for our opening night concert. This tribute to the great Houdini was truly incredible and loved by those on stage and in the audience. Thank you!

Shout out to our amazing winds and brass! What an incredible opening night!

Why can't we get this weekend's performance out of our head? Because Michael was absolutely BRILLIANT! Thank you so much for joining us and we hope we can get Michael Mizrahi back on our stage soon. Read more about him here: https://foxvalleysymphony.blogspot.com/2026/09/fvso-opens-season-with-pianist-michael.html

We can't wait to see you this Saturday at Tardigrade's Bookshelf at noon for SYMPHONIC TASTINGS! This relaxed, interactive hour is designed to uncover the secrets of the orchestra and connect the classical world to music you already know and love. No registration required. Enjoy an optional b**r & local cheese tasting.

An amazing night shared with all our friends! Thank you to all our musicians, the fabulous Michael Mizrahi, Alex Drossart, Frank & Oliver Anderson, and all of YOU for making opening night a success!

We’re BACK!! First rehearsal of the first concert in our 60th season! Amazing to hear everyone again. We’re also thrilled to be back in James Perry Hall on the Winnebago County Campus.
