SALT is Arcata's newest restaurant opening early January 2016
Located on the Northern Coast of California, Salt offers a true Fish House experience, right on the Arcata Plaza. From the freshest local oysters to a traditional Maine lobster roll, Salt serves up seaside classics in addition to original seafood offerings. Handcrafted cocktails are created to accompany a chef-driven menu that is local when possible and sustainable always. Our passion for gathering around food with friends and a love of our native waters is what inspires us to share this restaurant with you everyday.

Lasagna Bolognese 💚
Handmade spinach noodles from our dough lab, layered with rich Bolognese, ricotta and mozzarella, baked until the edges crisp, and finished with a generous shower of cheese.
