Throughout her career, Chardae has represented clients across a diverse range of transactions, from first-time home purchases and traditional residential sales to investment properties and multifamily opportunities. With more than 30 closed transactions and millions of dollars in real estate sales, Chardae brings hands-on market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a practical understanding of what it takes to successfully move a transaction from contract to closing.

Her experience extends well beyond the traditional role of a real estate agent. Through her work in property management, lead inspection coordination, rental licensing, permit expediting, and Philadelphia L&I compliance, Chardae has developed a comprehensive understanding of property ownership that is especially valuable to investors, landlords, out-of-state owners, and clients navigating Philadelphia's unique real estate requirements.

As founder of Creative Institute K-12, Crystal has demonstrated exceptional administrative leadership, including managing operations, curriculum strategy, and organizational growth. Combined with over 23 years as a veteran special education teacher in Atlantic City K-12 public schools, she has spent her career guiding families and administrators through complex processes and championing individual success. She brings the same vision, operational discipline, and deep-rooted commitment to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.

An extraordinary academic and administrative track record backs Crystal’s relentless pursuit of excellence. A lifelong learner and leader, her expertise includes being the founder of Creative Institute K-12 and a doctoral candidate in Special Education. Crystal holds master's degrees in Educational Administration, Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education, and English as a Second Language from Georgian Court University. She earned Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education from Richard Stockton University and in Sociology from Georgian Court University, along with assistant superintendent and special education licenses that further demonstrate her high-level leadership.
