Every lifeguard, every team member who showed up day after day to keep our pools safe and fun. Thank you to all of you. 💙

This season, we also want to give a special shoutout to our 14 Summer Work & Travel participants 🌍 who joined us this summer as part of the J-1 cultural exchange program. Far from home, they brought incredible energy, dedication, and heart to our team — all while experiencing American culture for the very first time.

From learning the ropes as lifeguards to exploring a new country, making new friends, and creating memories that’ll last a lifetime — we’re so proud of the hard work and positive attitude each of you brought to Sunset every single day. 🎉

🤔But did you know that hotels started installing pools only in the 1930s? 🤔

One of the first was at the Biltmore Estate in Coral Gables, Florida, as you can imagine it was a popular vacation destination for many Hollywood movie stars🤩. Nowadays almost every hotel has a pool, making the vacation for each of us full of joy!
