The Armadillo represents creating healthy boundaries and freeing yourself from the need to please others at the expense of yourself. Do you avoid conflict to keep the peace? Do you say yes when you want to say no? Is it difficult for you to stand up for yourself? We will do some exercises on how to create and strengthen boundaries with people in your life, home and job.
I will create a guided meditation with reiki healing and chakra balancing. I am a medical intuitive, reiki master, psychic and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience.

Our Healing Circle Meditation group meets on the third Sunday of each month at 1 pm on Zoom. Our next one is tomorrow. Please text me your phone number if you would like to receive info on the topic each month.

I look forward to seeing you there! ☮️

The first time I saw an angel was when I did a clearing for a client. When she started breathing, a large bright angel appeared behind her, and a glorious light lit up her face. There were many other smaller angels surrounding her as well. When we finished the breathwork, I shared what I had seen. She told me that she had been talking to her angels since she was a child and I was only the second person to ever see them. It was an amazing experience. We are surrounded by angels daily. Allow yourself to open to the their love and guidance. Peace, Angel.
