🌽 Meet Nikki Silvestri, an accomplished leader, coach, keynote speaker, founder and champion of regenerative food systems. She recently moved to Ashland from the Bay Area with her family and business partner, joined WhiteRabbit as a Scale Member 10 months ago, and has since become a “baby coder”.

🌶️ Like many daring creatives that excel on the edge of their fields, Nikki lives with neurodivergence, which traditional work and learning environments don’t cater to in the most nurturing way. Hear about how things changed for her when she started feeling supported in the right ways at White Rabbit.

⚖️ From the beginning we’ve been asking this: how do we prioritize belonging, healthy relationships, and nervous system regulation in a co-working space that also sparks creative ideas, stays ahead of the curve with technology, and keeps momentum building for our members and their projects? We continue to sharpen our answers to this question and welcome regular feedback from our members.

We are proud to serve a vibrant community of “neurospicy” creatives and entrepreneurs, many of whom have expressed feeling more at home in this clubhouse than any other public space in town.
