We’ve started making 8,000 bathbombs for a special client this week.
That’s EIGHT. THOUSAND… 8-0-0-0…. 8 × 10³ 🤣
Our backs are already shot. Our feet are barking. Our hands no longer work. And that healthy glow on my face you’re always asking me about?
Bathbomb dust. It’s bathbomb dust. It’s in our hair. It’s in our clothes. It’s in places the sun doesn’t shine (trust me!)!
Could our client have chosen someone else to mass-produce them? Yup!
But we guarantee those bathbombs would be full of synthetic fillers, colors, and fragrances.
Not ours - Guaranteed!
So we’ll keep mixing, pressing, packing and, continue to question our life choices… because making ridiculously good bathbombs with ingredients we actually believe in is worth every sore muscle to us, and to our client.
Not quite a Netflix documentary, but… If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes… this is part of it.
Mountains of towels and aprons covered in oils, powders and waxes. Oh my!
Our washing machine seems to run all weekend long. And our dryer is stained from exploding pens left in pockets. And we won’t talk about trying to untangle all the strings. Arg!
Every batch we make leaves behind another pile of laundry, but that’s part of making products by hand. We don’t have giant automated production lines—just small batches, real ingredients, and a whole lot of cleanup in between.
It’s not the most glamorous side of running a small business, but it’s one of the important parts of being Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant!

PSA: it’s HOT 🥵 out there! Luckily, if your Life Elements Sticks Lip Goos or Balms soften or melt on their way to you - just put them I n the fridge to harden back up.
Or, you can actually remelt them over a gentle heat and re-pour. DO NOT MICROWAVE THOUGH!

For the past 20 years, we’ve poured our hearts into handcrafting products that help people feel good. But being a small business isn’t easy right now—especially when many of our products contain CBD.
Because of that, we’re restricted from advertising, hidden by algorithms and unable to reach new customers the same way larger companies can. We don’t have million-dollar marketing budgets. BUT, we do have you!
