When designing homes under 3,500 square feet, an open floor plan is often a great way to maximize space and create a natural flow. The key is defining each area without closing it off. By giving the kitchen, dining room, and mimosa bar their own distinct character, the home feels larger and more functional while still maintaining a warm, cozy atmosphere. Thoughtful design is all about making every square foot count!
