We're expanding our shopping hours once again! Thanks to generous community partners we have the volunteer-power to open the FRC Monday through Friday! Swipe to see full hours.

Can't volunteer but want to support? In order to open more days, we need to keep the shelves stocked! Check out our Amazon list and send a pack of diapers or wipes, or drop off your good-condition baby gear during shopping hours.

(*Please do NOT leave donation on the porch after hours, they may be ruined or cause an issue for our evening parenting classes*)

Graduation days are some of our very favorite days at Brightpaths!

Last month, we celebrated the families graduating from our Healthy Families program!

Healthy Families isn't a short-term program. Our Family Support Specialists walk with parents from pregnancy through the preschool years, fostering healthy parent-child relationships, teaching child development and healthy discipline, working toward family goals, making connections to community resources, and so much more.

We're thrilled to welcome Caroline Sears to the team as our new Community Engagement Specialist!

Jennifer Henderson and Grace Arthur were selected to present at this year’s State Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect!

Their workshop, “From Vision to Access: 20 Years of Removing Barriers to Counseling,” shared the long journey that ultimately led to the launch of Brightpaths’ Counseling Program in 2024.

For years, families told us they wanted mental health support.. and what made accessing it difficult. The presentation explored how Brightpaths worked alongside families to understand those barriers and, over time, build a program designed around what families said they needed.

It’s a reminder that prevention can start with listening to what families say they need, recognizing what’s standing in the way, and working together to make support more accessible.

We had the best time at today’s Costco shopping spree, courtesy of Kares 4 Kids! A huge thank-you to Keller Williams Greater Athens for inviting us, and a very special thanks to Heather, the agent who shopped with us.

Heather and her son are graduates of our Healthy Families Program! Heather recommended Brightpaths for this opportunity, donated a portion of her own sales commissions, and helped us stock up on diapers, wipes, and other essentials for current Brightpaths families! Spending time with her was the highlight of an amazing day 🛒 ✨
