Your next chapter might be closer than you think. ❤️

☕ HAPPY NATIONAL COFFEE DAY!

We have one very serious question:

How do you take your coffee?

🖤 Black
🥛 Cream
🍬 Sweet enough to qualify as dessert
🧊 Iced—even when it's 30° outside
🚫 Coffee? Absolutely not.

There are no wrong answers.

Well...maybe one. 😂

Tell us your coffee order!

🏡❤️ HAPPY NATIONAL GOOD NEIGHBOR DAY!

Today might be one of our favorite September observances because great neighbors can completely change the feeling of a community.

Being a good neighbor doesn't require grand gestures.

Respect each other's space.
Keep an eye out for one another.
Be considerate.
Say hello.
And maybe don't start vacuuming at midnight. 😂

To all the wonderful neighbors at Athens Reserve—thank you for helping make our community feel like home.

❤️ SUNDAY CHALLENGE

Do ONE neighborly thing today.

👋 Say hello.
🚪 Hold the door.
🛒 Help someone carrying something.
🐕 Compliment their dog.
🗑️ Pick up a piece of litter even if it isn't yours.

That's it.

Communities aren't built by buildings.

They're built by people.

🍂 HOW TO MAKE A STUDIO FEEL COZY—NOT CLUTTERED

The secret is texture instead of stuff.

Try:

🧺 One soft throw
🛋️ A couple textured pillows
💡 Warm lamps
🌿 One statement plant
🎃 A few seasonal accents

You don't need 47 tiny decorations covering every surface to make your apartment feel like fall.

Although...we fully support your emotional attachment to the Target fall aisle. 😂

🐕 THE ZOOMIES NEED SOMEWHERE TO HAPPEN.

Living in a studio doesn't mean your pup can't have room to stretch those legs.

Athens Reserve has an on-site dog park where our canine residents can get outside and burn off some energy.

🌱 FREE PLANTS?! YES, PLEASE.

One of the most satisfying parts of being a plant person is propagation.

Many common houseplants can be multiplied from cuttings, giving you new plants for practically nothing.

Put a suitable cutting in water, give it bright indirect light and watch those roots appear.

Then comes the real problem...

Finding somewhere to put plant #37. 😂

How many plants is "too many"? Wrong answers encouraged.

📚 LEASE SCHOOL: Let's Talk Noise

One person's favorite song can be another person's 6 a.m. wake-up call. 😬

Apartment living means being aware that sound travels.

TVs, speakers, conversations, doors and gatherings can affect the people living around you.

You absolutely deserve to enjoy your home—and so does your neighbor.

🎧 Sometimes headphones really are the MVP of apartment living.

🍂 IT'S OFFICIAL—HAPPY FIRST DAY OF FALL!

Someone please notify the Texas weather. 😂

Bring on:

🎃 Pumpkins
☕ Cozy drinks
🏈 Football
🕯️ Fall scents
🍎 Apple everything
👻 And the countdown to spooky season!

Even if we're still running the A/C, we're officially declaring it cozy season at Athens Reserve.

What's the FIRST fall thing you're doing?
