It’s true! Behold now has a new home! 2026 is going to be a year of so much growth (in all the ways)! We are grateful to welcome you into this new space as we continue to transform it into what will hopefully be a safe, welcoming, community cove.

We are so sad to leave but don’t worry, you will still get to pop in there for an ultrasound or two 🤌🏼

Leaving this here so you all can find another activity for the next month and half 🗓️. No making babies in July or August if you want me there as your midwife. Other activities include coloring. Plants. Baking. Sleeping.

We’re the hands that usher in life. The ones who awake at all hours of the night. The ones who cry with you, hold you, celebrate you, breathe with you.

But….we are also human.
Tired.
Tender.
Trying to balance our own lives while holding yours.

We are honored to be a part of this sacred work but we must also humanize the work that we do so that we can continue doing it! My journey is not universal but I hope to share a little behind the scenes. I am so grateful for clients who love and respect my humanity 💗

Emily reached out to me over a year ago asking if we could meet up. When we were finally able to make it happen I knew she would be a wonderful addition to Behold and the birth community here. I am so thrilled she is harnessing her natural ability to advocate and educate in support of mothers 💎

I went back and forth on whether to post stats. I think the transparency is important but it’s also a breeding ground for comparison—draining energy I don’t have to give. These aren’t just my stats. They belong to each family I had the honor of caring for and guiding. You all did 👏🏼 the 👏🏼 work 👏🏼. I was very intentional and generous in 2023 with myself. I took many chunks of time off to reset and pour back into my family after years of being absent for midwifery school. I don’t know what 2024 has to show us all but I know we can do it together 🌊
