Finding a job can be a challenge for youth and young adults. They must determine what careers are available, what their interests are, and what skills they have or need to develop. Numerous resources, such as , are available to help youth get a
sense of their interest and skills as well as gain job skills and learn about employment opportunities.

They give selflessly and willingly of their time to help the young women we serve see a brighter future for themselves and their future generations. This month, we want you to meet -✨

Elizabeth Anderson: I'm a wife, mother of five, logistics leader, mentor, and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping women discover their strength and reach their full potential. Having overcome significant challenges in my own life, I believe resilience, faith, and consistent growth can transform any future. I love to encourage others to dream bigger, lead with confidence, and never stop learning.

3. Fun Fact: Outside of mentoring, I love fitness, journaling, reading, self-care, and taking courses to learn new skills. My family enjoys raising chickens, goats, and Rhea birds.
4. What do you love about Atlanta GLOW? What I love most about Atlanta GLOW is its heart for empowering young women. It's an incredible opportunity to be the kind of mentor I wish I had growing up.
