Stepping into my Exclusive Girl Era

We’re revamping!
But before we take a sabbatical here’s a lesson about your root chakra...

The root chakra governs survival, security and our walk in this world. This chakra is about support and how supported in this world materially. This chakra is developed from conception to seven years old.

When our needs aren’t met as a child, the basic feelings-fear, anger. joy, disgust and sadness- can transform into guilt, shame, abandonment, despair and yearning.

It is important to heal childhood trauma by balancing your root chakra.
