I started painting during Covid. Now I am using some of my art when appropriate for some of my listings when I stage. I just had one of my favorite originals printed on a canvas and blown up to a 20x24. The original is an 8x10. It is the first time I have done this in case I want to sell some of my work as prints. It is exciting to see something I created used for inspiration or creatively in my real estate career. More to come, but feeling a bit proud. Creative living makes me happy.

Another I just sold using the Concierge program again. It is a 4000sf house that needed painting, lighting updates. Master bath update and I added art staging to give it a more homey feel. 17k was spent on those updates and it brought in close to 90k + more in price then selling as is.

This is a property I sold that we did 32k of updates and got 220k over the as is cash price. The 32k was given up front by the program Concierge and the when the house sold after a many offers the seller paid the 32k back at closing. It is a great way to get more money for your house without the money coming out of your pocket upfront. These are the before and after we painted, staged, put in new flooring, lights and installed quartz countertops.

Showed 4 condos wrote an offer and now under contract. Not a bad days work. Realtor Life is amazing.
