The arrival of summer brings an abundance of extraordinary ingredients to Georgia’s farms and fields!

To celebrate the season, Miller Union invites YOU to join us each Friday for our Friday Market Menu, a four-course prix fixe experience inspired by the week’s harvest.

Built around the freshest produce available from our network of farmers and growers, the menu showcases the vibrant flavors of summer through thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking.

You will select from two choices for each course, for a dining experience that is both personal and distinctly seasonal.

Join us on Friday evenings as we celebrate the flavors, farmers, and traditions of a Georgia summer.

Four Courses | $65 Per Person

And level up your experience with a wine pairing from Princ Saunders for $25.

We’re starting things off tonight with roasted zucchini tossed in a rich tahini Caesar, topped with crunchy sunflower seeds and a generous dust of za’atar. It’s smoky, creamy, nutty, and bright all at once.
