Bando Diary …. In 2021, The Bando put up a post looking for young men to help mentor in the community. We wanted to put young black boys to work.

“If you got a lazy son or a lazy little brother, please send them to the Bando for work”…. That was the post😂. Tre sister came running n the rest was history…. Tre came to us when the Bando first started , moving down from up north. He became family.

Over the last few years, we have become these boys big brothers, mentors, and father figures. It’s a lot the world don’t see. We are helping young black men get cars and get their life started.

Black people will leave a corporation… come to a black owned business n wanna be paid more, demand more, expect more, and want to work less😂…biiiiiitxh
