We're thrilled to welcome Todd Hogan as our new Executive Chef and Restaurant Operations Director.

Todd brings decades of restaurant and hospitality experience, a passion for exceptional food, and a reputation for creating outstanding guest experiences. Many of you already know Todd from his years in the local restaurant community, as well as his longtime involvement at Garland Mountain as a member and sporting clays shooter.

As we prepare to open our brand-new restaurant this August, Todd will lead menu development, culinary operations, catering, special events, and restaurant management.

Our vision is to create more than just a restaurant—we're building a destination where members, families, corporate groups, wedding guests, and visitors can gather for incredible food, great hospitality, and unforgettable experiences.
