What a wonderful few days in La Jolla! Libby Sims Patrick recently joined Brizo® Kitchen & Bath, part of Delta Faucet, for an incredible experience filled with meaningful conversations and inspiring industry connections.

Our team recently presented a model room design for an exciting project right here in Atlanta, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring a little bit of Sims Patrick Studio magic to our hometown.

While we can’t spill all the details just yet, we’re always grateful for opportunities to help shape the spaces where people gather, stay, and make memories—especially when it’s close to home. Atlanta, you’ve got a special place in our hearts.

What began as a summer internship quickly turned into so much more. Throughout her time with us, Isabella has impressed our team with her creativity, thoughtfulness, and enthusiasm for design. There’s something especially rewarding about watching emerging talent grow, and we can’t wait to see all that Isabella accomplishes in this next chapter.

Welcome to The Mecklen. Bold, rebellious, and unmistakably Charlotte.

Rooted in the rebellious history of Mecklenburg County, the design blends modern hospitality with layered storytelling—warm metals, reclaimed wood, tactile materials, and thoughtful details that give the space real personality.

The spirit of Meck, the rebel’s dog, shows up throughout the hotel, adding a sense of play, independence, and approachability. The result is a space designed to feel welcoming, expressive, and easy to settle into—whether guests are passing through or staying awhile.

A project full of character, and one we’re excited to finally share.

Inspired by Saratoga Springs’ landscape and changing seasons, the design layers warm textures, natural materials, and restored architectural elements to create a refined retreat rooted in place.
