Seattle, you were a dream. I was unsure of what my shows would look like in the PNW but the representation was unreal. You all PACKED OUT that house and truly gave me an unforgettable finale to the first iteration of this tour. Sharing that room with you and the stage with my dear friend Hope Giselle-Godsey left me in awe and so overwhelmed with gratitude. You all were so welcoming, so endearing and encouraging— it felt like you had an unspoken goal as a community to fill my cup whether you knew it was depleted or not. I left the night speechless and wanting more time with you. I guess I’ll just have to come back 🥹🫶🏾.
And before I forget i want to send a special thanks to SPOKEN Black in Seattle and Hey, Black Seattle! for getting the word out and getting community out.
