I SET A GOAL THAT FELT A LITTLE INSANE… AND I HIT IT.

Last year, I capped at Real in 4 months. So naturally, this year I decided I wanted to do it in 3.
Was setting a goal to sell MORE real estate in LESS time in one of the toughest markets we’ve seen in years slightly delusional? Yes, but delusion has gotten me very far in life.
As of this week, I officially CAPPED. My $12,000 annual commission split is paid, and I hit the exact goal I set for myself. 🙌🏼

And I absolutely could not celebrate this without saying THANK YOU to my clients. Every listing, every buyer, every referral, every person who trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives is the reason I get to write this post.

I’m also incredibly grateful that I chose a brokerage model where hitting a production goal like this means I get to keep more of what I earn for the rest of my cap year. I’m pumped for the last quarter of 2026 and I’m so excited to see what 2027 brings!

✨Finally got to see Les Misérables for the first time!

My mom, Jay, and I went Tuesday night, and every single time I see a show at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, I leave completely blown away by the amount of talent we have right here in Atlanta.

The actors are local. The production is local. And the quality is genuinely some of the best regional theatre I’ve ever seen.

I think it’s so important to support local art and the incredibly talented people creating it in our own community. If you haven’t been to a production at City Springs Theatre Company yet, GO.

I already can’t wait to see what we see next!
