Mission
Our mission is to create an environment of healing, leadership, empowerment, and development where the community could learn crucial skills for their own sustainability to eradicate the deep employment and financial disparities faced by our Trans, Q***r, and LGBTQIA+ communities every day. Our approach is to identify the main collective and individual barriers we face as a group to improve success outcomes and create a more efficient and safe environment where individuals can thrive. Nuestra mision es crear un entorno de sanación, liderazgo, empoderamiento y desarrollo donde la comunidad pueda aprender habilidades cruciales para su propia sostenibilidad para erradicar las profundas disparidades financieras y de empleo que enfrentan nuestras comunidades Trans, Q***r y LGBTQIA+ todos los días. Nuestro enfoque es identificar las principales barreras colectivas e individuales que enfrentamos como grupo para mejorar los resultados de éxito y crear un entorno más eficiente y seguro donde las personas puedan prosperar. We will prioritize the investment of ourselves and our community through intentional partnerships thus creating a physical healing space appropriate for development advancement. In order to succeed with our plan, we are committed to fundraise the necessary funds to cover the expenses we will incur, which includes infrastructure, technological equipment, qualified staff to provide the services, research, marketing, and other expenses.
