Well… it’s official.

We picked up the keys.

Over the past few years, LIT has grown in ways we never expected. What began as a small aromatherapy shop has evolved into workshops, corporate wellness experiences, yoga, and a community that’s made every step possible.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

Our new location at 51 Broad Street will give us the space to do more of what we love—create, teach, move, and connect. There’s a lot of work ahead before we open the doors, but we can’t wait to bring you along as we build it out.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us, shopped with us, attended a class, booked an experience, or simply shared what we do with someone else. Every bit of it helped make this possible.

📣 FIVE YEARS OF LIT! 🎉

Today is a special day for us at LIT Essentials! Five years ago, on Sunday, January 19th, 2020, we did our first-ever pop-up at the Vintage Block Party. Back then, we didn’t have a store, a website, or even a full product line—just a dream, a lot of determination, and a small collection of soaps, roll-ons, mists, and essential oils.

It was a leap of faith, and we couldn’t have done it without YOU—our amazing community, customers, and supporters who’ve been with us every step of the way.

We’re also taking a moment to honor and thank our incredible team for their dedication and passion and give a special shoutout to Rhonda and Lamar, who stood by us that day, making sure LIT launched in style.

This milestone feels even more significant as it falls on MLK Weekend, a time of reflection, celebration, and progress—a perfect backdrop for looking back at how far we’ve come.

From a pop-up table to our store, website, custom creations, and unforgettable experiences, we’ve grown so much. THANK YOU for being part of our journey. Here’s to the next five years and beyond!
