Meet . Our very first Women In Radio Spotlight honoree. 🎙️

Host of Night Wolf on Texas Country 99.5 The Wolf, Vicki has spent 15 years behind the mic, and she got there by trusting one thing: her voice.

She started out chasing a career in makeup. Then a friend nudged her toward radio, she ran into a local DJ that same day, and an internship answering phones changed everything.

Her advice for women breaking in? Find a mentor, network, and remember it’s always about who you know and who knows you.
