Meet Steven Goodwin, the chef behind the plates at Largos 🍷
Steven's journey to us started in Rome, where a conversation about a kitchen for rent turned into an invitation to lead our kitchen here in Cartersville. What keeps him around?
Our staff and our regulars, the same reason many of you keep coming back. His favorite dish on the menu is the beef tartare, and off the clock you'll find him enjoying a negroni.
Fun fact: Steven holds a wild mushroom foraging permit, so keep an eye out for those wild, local flavors on your plate 🍄
