πŸ’œπŸ©΅ A diary can be a lifeline.
For many domestic violence survivors & , journaling provides:
✨ A safe place to express emotions
✨ A tool to track patterns and experiences
✨ A way to process trauma and reduce isolation
✨ A reminder of personal strength and growth
✨ Hope for a brighter tomorrow
On National Dear Diary Day, let's recognize the healing power of writing and support survivors as they turn painful chapters into stories of courage, resilience, and renewal.

"My Hair. My Identity. My Voice."

On World Afro Day, we celebrate natural hair, culture, and identity while recognizing the strength of domestic violence survivors. For many survivors, reclaiming their appearance, self-expression, and sense of self is part of the healing journey.

Today we celebrate the beauty of natural hair and honor the courage of domestic violence survivors. Every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and free to embrace their authentic identity.

πŸ’› Celebrate culture.
πŸ’› Support survivors.
πŸ’› End discrimination.
πŸ’› Promote healing and empowerment.

Stand with survivors of domestic violence whose experiences are part of the broader story of resilience and recovery.

By remembering, we honor.

πŸ’œ International Overdose Awareness Day πŸ’œ

Overdose can happen to anyone. Fentanyl, crystal m**h, alcohol, benzodiazepines, and other depressants can all be deadly when misused or mixed with other substances. Most overdoses are preventable, and recognizing the warning signs can save a life.

⚠️ Know the signs: β€’ Slow or stopped breathing
β€’ Blue or gray lips/fingernails
β€’ Unresponsiveness
β€’ Choking or gurgling sounds

βœ… Call 911 immediately
βœ… Administer naloxone if opioid overdose is suspected
βœ… Stay with the person until help arrives

No judgment. Just help. Every life matters. πŸ’œ

πŸ’œ 🩡Today, on National Fentanyl Prevention & Awareness DayπŸ©΅πŸ’œ

We recognize the unique risks that domestic violence survivors face.

Abuse can take many forms, including coercion, substance misuse, and exposure to dangerous drugs such as fentanyl. Awareness saves lives. Education saves lives. Support saves lives.

Survivors deserve safety, healing, and access to trauma-informed resources that help them rebuild without fear.

If you are a survivor, know this: ✨ You are not alone. ✨ You are not to blame. ✨ Help is available. ✨ Healing is possible. ✨

Together, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and create safer communities where survivors are believed and supported.
