We recently completed an interior design refresh at One305 Apartments in Charlotte, NC — bringing new energy and a modern elevated feel to one of the community’s signature spaces, the Sky Lounge.

From concept to completion, our team focused on maximizing impact within budget while creating a space that feels fresh, competitive, and welcoming for residents and guests alike.

We just wrapped up the install at District on the Etowah, and this space is ready for long summer days, laid-back lounging, and poolside hangs.

From the furnishings to the finishing details, we wanted the design to feel elevated, welcoming, and made for summer memories.
