September is the 9th month, a time for completion and gentle closure. I honor what’s finishing, release what’s heavy, and make space for what’s ready to arrive. I’m not forcing. I’m allowing. Rooted. Steady. Open to new possibilities. — IRE AJE.

The hurt.

Healing doesn’t always mean leaving.

Sometimes it means releasing what can’t come with you… and seeing what still deserves to.

You can return to yourself.
To love.
Even to each other.

You can return without going back.

As we approach 5 years of IRE AJE, I keep thinking about how it all began.

A whisper.

In a season of grief, remembrance, and remembering what had been passed down to me.

I listened.

The message was IRE AJE -blessings of wealth

Five years later, I understand the message.
I understand the assignment.

I’m still understanding the why.

And maybe that’s the point.

Because five is the # of change.

So lately, I’ve been wondering…
What does IRE AJE become now?

How does it become more meaningful?
More intentional?
More nourishing?
More uniquely ours?
What stays?
What do I release?
What haven’t I even imagined yet?

I don’t know.

But somehow, as we approach five, I found myself back at the water…

listening.

Maybe I don’t need all the answers yet.
Maybe I just need to stay open enough to receive them.

The water is speaking again.

And I’m listening.
