I received a call from my close friend mother informing me her neighbor needed a realtor to assist her brother who was moving to Atlanta. I reached out to the neighbor who got me in touch with her brother. Spoke with him and his wife. He said Anntoinette I need to be close to work and my momma. I like nice no shak and 4 days later we were under contract. Not only were we under contract in 4 days but we went under contract on our very first offer. In this market nobody but god.
Now it’s time for our final walk thru my clients and the sellers had an instant connection. It went from what I thought would be 30 min walk thru to 1 hr 30 min walk thru. They were talking laughing just having them a ball. Plus me and the listing agent had instant connection. Now everyone invited to cookout the sellers calls my buyers family.
Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their new home. Thank you for trusting me to assist you on this journey miles away.
Now his sister has me in tears with this text. 😪😪
