Well I messed up the quote 🥲 it’s really “sucking at something is the first step towards being sorta good at something” - Jake the Dog, Adventure Time. I am so grateful to the FS8 Buckhead team, especially Yovanny Mendez and Michael for all of their support. Even if I’m struggling with a class, I always leave feeling more confident (and slightly sore in the best way 🤣) and they’re always here to help make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly!

Thank you to Los Corridos Run Group and Enid Coffee for organizing this incredible event to help the people of Colombia! 🇨🇴 And thank you to the Atlanta community for your generosity ❤️ follow their pages to see more events and how you can help Colombians during this time

Those of you who know me IRL know that Colombia has a special place in my heart. I traveled around Colombia solo in December and January of 2024-2025. The Colombian people have shown me nothing but kindness, hospitality, and joy. It breaks my heart to see the damage of natural disasters like this. In my linktree, I have a GoFundMe from a work colleague to help people in Restrepo Valley and the surrounding areas. 🇺🇸🤝🇨🇴

For the English speakers: Venezuela needs us, will you help? 🇻🇪❤️‍🩹
