October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 💜

I’m honored to have helped women find safety and escape domestic violence. Thank you for trusting me during such a vulnerable chapter of your life.

My prayer for everyone who has escaped is that you’re safe, healing, and thriving—finding peace, rediscovering joy, and feeling like yourself again. If you’re still rebuilding, you deserve that same grace. Healing has no deadline.

And to anyone still experiencing abuse: you deserve safety and support. It is not your fault.

💜 Share this as a reminder that life beyond abuse is possible.

It’s National Hair Day, so let me put y’all on to the hands behind these looks! 💁🏽‍♀️✨

My friend, Tenae Styles ,has been keeping my silk presses silky for YEARS! From my current curly sew-in, to my bob, to my weave ponytails—and even braids when I beg her enough 😂—she keeps coming through.

She has her own salon suite, and natural hair is where she SHINES! I’m so proud of her talent and the business she’s built. 🖤

Swipe through for a little hair history, show her some love, and book your touch of Tenae! 💇🏽‍♀️ Tenae Styles she won't hit you with the hey girl text!

7 times attending. 5 times volunteering. And I still leave feeling full every single time. 🥹💦💕

Yesterday I had the honor of volunteering for the 5th time at Pretty Girls Sweat Fest, as PGS celebrated 15 YEARS! 🎉

I’ve been attending for years because I genuinely love everything Pretty Girls Sweat stands for—the sisterhood, movement, wellness, and creating spaces for women to SHOW UP for themselves.

For the second year, I got to work behind the scenes as a Production Assistant, helping keep the stage flowing while our hosts Lauren and Mz Basketball kept the energy UP! 🎤🔥 Y’all see what happens on stage… I’m one of the people running around making sure it actually HAPPENS. 😂

I’m especially grateful to the founder and the entire PGS family for continuing to reach out, think of me, and trust me to be part of something they’ve built for 15 years. That means a lot to me. 🫶🏾

Because one thing about Pretty Girls Sweat… you can show up having one of your WORST days and somehow leave feeling like you just had one of your BEST. 💕

Another PGS Fest in the books. 💦✨ Until next time!
