Pretty Alright Goods

Sometimes we get bad reviews. I know, it's shocking to us too. And while some bad reviews offer great feedback, most don't.

So, we decided to take those bad reviews, the useless bad reviews, and turn them into good reviews. And not to sound too cheesy or like an inspirational Pinterest quote from over 10 years ago, but you have find the positives amongst the negatives.

Other and maybe more poetic versions of this concept are "every cloud has a silver lining, the sky has to be dark in order to see the stars," and I'm sure there are many more variations of this idea that exist.

All this to say, while we don't take bad reviews lightly, some of them are, frankly, ridiculous. And to those who leave unhelpful bad reviews, we want you to know that we see them, we read them, and we choose to find the good in them. No matter how much hate you put in your bad review, you can't dull our sparkle ✨
