Consistency isn’t glamorous.
Some days I’m motivated.
Some days I’m tired.
Some days I don’t feel like doing anything.
But one thing doesn’t change:
30 minutes of cardio. Every. Single. Day.
I’m learning that discipline isn’t about feeling good—it’s about showing up anyway. Those small daily decisions stack up, and that’s where the real transformation happens.
No excuses. No waiting for motivation. Just 30 minutes and a promise to myself.
