Urban Science is an educational consulting business. Most children in urban schools are not exposed to science until later grades. We want to change that.
Urban Science is here to take advantage of the early window of opportunity for learning by teaching science to primary students. We host birthday parties,teacher professional development, sleepovers, home school classes, and public school classes. Urban Science, Fun with a purpose.

The scholars LOVE their room! Having some white space keeps the room calm. Print rich does not have to mean cluttered and covered.
Step 5: Add a few plants, pictures, and pizzaz. Three hours and 100 bucks later. The kids LOVED it. It was definitely calm in 4C.
Who needs a garage sale when you have a classroom? Bring items from home that you no longer use to add a homey feel to the room. Tune in to see how I minimize my space to maximize room for the kids.
Step 3: Add the details. Rules, procedures, and district-required materials need to go up. Most items can be printed in black and white. I like to laminate those and go over them before I put them up. Yes, I'm one of those. If it's up, my scholars need to be able to identify it and use it as a tool.
