USDA loans let eligible borrowers buy a home in qualifying rural and suburban areas with zero down payment. That's a big deal for borrowers who have the income to make payments but can't save up a large down payment - a group a lot of lenders overlook. 👀

EPM underwrites USDA loans in-house. That means when you have a question on a file, you're getting a real answer from someone who actually reviewed it, and not stuck waiting on a black box.

Some of what makes USDA work for more borrowers: no down payment required, gift funds are allowed to help with closing costs, and there's flexibility on debt-to-income ratios for borrowers who qualify. ✅
