Facing a malpractice claim can be one of the most isolating experiences in a provider's career.

When a claim occurs, the focus is often on the legal process—and yes, that matters. But the invisible part affects physicians most: the stress, uncertainty, and weight of carrying this burden alone.

Our Peer2Peer program offers confidential, one-on-one support by pairing you with someone who has personally navigated a malpractice claim. That shared experience transforms how you approach litigation. A peer supporter provides perspective, reassurance, and the reminder that you're not alone, something no legal team can offer.

Discover how connecting with someone who's been through it can ease the emotional toll. Learn more about our Peer2Peer program.

Last week, our team came together to celebrate International Day, a tradition that began with the IT team and has grown into a company-wide event supported by the Mosaic ERG.

Colleagues shared dishes that reflect their cultures, exchanged favorite music, tested their knowledge during trivia and connected with teammates from across the organization. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to learn from one another and celebrate the diverse experiences that make our workplace stronger.

We're proud to foster a workplace where different perspectives, backgrounds and traditions are welcomed and celebrated.
