I have been a Superhost for three years with 100 percent five star reviews and in real life nobody ever complains. Yet online I keep seeing people say they would rather book a hotel than:
Run the dishwasher
Place trash in the outside bin
Put towels in the hamper
Turn off the lights
Lock the doors
Check for belongings
