After more than five decades at the helm of Turnage Place, Ms. Helen Deasy is retiring and has selected longtime customers and friends Ashley Chavis and Rebecca Schultz of Grant & Little to carry the business forward!!!

Helen founded The Turnage Place in 1970, growing what began as a warehouse of English antiques into one of Atlanta’s most respected estate sale companies. For 56 years, through her expertise, integrity, and genuine care, she has helped executors, heirs, downsizing households, and collectors navigate life’s transitions with grace. Her passion for beautiful objects has always been matched by her passion for the people behind them, and her impact on Atlanta’s design and antiques community is difficult to overstate.

Ashley and Rebecca are committed to preserving everything that has made Turnage Place so special while thoughtfully guiding it into its next chapter—with the same incredible team, the same trusted service, and the same love for helping clients through life’s important moments. 💛
