This thought-provoking documentary follows the mysterious discovery of an ancient bronze statue of Apollo off the coast of Gaza, weaving together archaeology, history, and life in Gaza.

Join us for another delicious edition of The Art of Arabic Cooking! 🍽️✨
This month, we’re excited to welcome guest chef Yasmine Makhlouf, who will guide us through making Maqlouba (مقلوبة), the beloved Arabic “upside-down” rice dish layered with chicken, vegetables, warm spices, and toasted nuts.
Come cook, learn, and enjoy the flavors and traditions behind this classic dish. A vegetarian option will also be available.
