It’s only a little 5-step process… 😏

STEP 1 — BRINE IT
Oktoberfest b**r from Reformation Brewery , water, salt, brown sugar, black peppercorns & bay leaf.
⏰ Brine 4–6 hours.

STEP 2 — MAKE THE GLAZE
Oktoberfest b**r + stone-ground mustard + honey + apple c***r vinegar + a dash of cayenne + butter.
🔥 Sweet. Tangy. A little spicy.

STEP 3 — MAKE THAT WING SEASONING
Salt. Pepper. Onion powder. Garlic powder. Paprika.

STEP 4 — SEASON THOSE BAD BOYS
Put that s**t on those wings. Seriously. Don’t be shy. 😂

STEP 5 — SMOKE ‘EM & GLAZE ‘EM
Low and slow until they’re smoky, juicy, glazed and ready to disappear.
