Now, this is a wrap for the 1st chapter of Chariots Overdrive! ⚡⚡⚡

Last Saturday was the first show we played after the release of our debut album "The End of Antiquity". To celebrate this, what else could you ask for when you're heavily influenced by NWOBHM and get to open for a NWOBHM legend like Raven?

Great to see all the heavy metal maniacs there, did a "Screams the Night" cover from Chariot, it's been 40 years since the release of Burning Ambition, super excited to watch people headbanging and singing along with us.

Also had fun time watching Atlanta's power metal knights (saw them multiple times now, super solid performances as always) and the groove metal machine

PC to , , and Seth. Our drummer had to leave a little bit early and missed the photo-shoot with Raven 😢😢

Now the first chapter is over, we will start to play new songs in the upcoming shows starting from June.

But before that, the next show is a special one at Duluth Festival Center, Duluth, GA (AAPI Fest , May 9, Free Show!!!!). We'll make it "a dangerous meeting" once the sun goes down (9pm) 😈, stay tuned!

🤜🤛

The debut album from Chariots Overdrive, released by Gates of Hell Records, blends fantasy and heavy metal with an impressive, dynamic sound. Featuring powerful riffs, soaring guitar solos, mystical vocals, and vigorous drumming, the album offers a mix of NWOBHM attitude, USPM epicness, and Metalucifer hints. Mixed and mastered by Greg Hendler, it boasts an authentic 80s vibe. Inspired by ancient Chinese history and myths, the album presents a unique and passionate heavy metal experience. With compelling melodies and a diverse range of emotions across nine tracks, this album promises adventure and excitement, enticing listeners with its immersive atmosphere and fresh take on classic heavy metal.

"If you kneel at the altar of Heavy Metal and proudly call yourself a Lifer or a Rock Warrior, this album is an absolute must. It’s already lining up for a spot in my Top Ten releases of 2026."
