FatherPOWRD

FatherPOWRD is a community for fathers in the Metro Atlanta area who are interested in fellowshipping with other fathers around fun, safe and engaging kid friendly activities. Simply put, we have fun with our children on monthly playdates and community service activities. Through connecting fathers from all walks of life, our goal is to create an atmosphere that promotes healthy dialogue, encouragement and mentorship among fathers. Returning to the essence of the African proverb “it takes a village to raise a child,” FatherPOWRD rebuilds our community with this in mind by returning the father to the foundation of that structure. The vision of FatherPOWRD is simple: being a strong, consistent and influential presence in the lives of our children, families and communities.
